Conveyancing
We deal with Conveyancing matters whether you are buying or selling your home, re-mortgaging or transferring ownership. We will guide you through the Conveyancing process from filling in the forms, acquiring title deeds and the appropriate searches for your property (whether lease-hold or freehold), to preparing the contract and compiling the contract pack and dealing with your mortgage lender and HM Land Registry, until completion is satisfactorily achieved and you have moved in (or out!).
